A proud alumnus of California State University, Sacramento, Damon holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology—training that underpins his people-first approach to talent acquisition and retention.

Rooted in the Sacramento–Roseville region, Damon is a graduate of the Roseville Leadership Class of 2025, serves on the Ignite Young Professionals Leadership Council, and contributes to the California Association of Healthcare Leaders (CAHL) through multiple committee roles.

His combined public- and private-sector experience gives him a unique perspective on healthcare staffing, allowing him to bridge operational efficiency with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) best practices.
