Corina B. Clark is the Chief Operating Officer of Donor Network West and President of the California Association of Healthcare Leaders (CAHL). A nationally recognized healthcare executive, she is known for driving operational excellence, regulatory readiness, and mission-centered growth across complex health systems. With a track record of leading multi-site organizations, large-scale strategy execution, and high-performing teams, Corina blends clinical insight with bold leadership. A former professional NBA dancer turned executive, she champions courageous leadership, equity in healthcare, and transformative impact, empowering organizations and leaders to perform at the highest level while staying deeply connected to purpose. She is excited to serve on Pure Heart Staffing’s Advisory Board to help shape strategic growth while elevating standards for workforce excellence across the broader healthcare ecosystem.

Amber Campbell, DBA, MBA, FACHE (She/Her) is the Ambulatory Chief Executive Officer for Sutter Gould Medical Foundation in Sutter Health’s Greater Central Valley Division. She has spent the last 17 years with Sutter Health in a variety of strategic and operational roles. Amber serves as the Immediate Past President for the Association of Cancer Executives Board of Directors and Chair for the Central Valley Local Programming Council with the California Association of Healthcare Leaders. She also serves on multiple community and professional boards, supports leadership development through academic advising and program involvement, and is an executive sponsor of the Sutter Belonging and Inclusion council. Amber is the author of Fierce: The Power of Owning Your Own Journey, completed doctoral dissertation studies on gender disparities in healthcare executive leadership, and is the mother of three.

Dr. Kimberly Long is a senior healthcare executive and consultant with more than 35 years of leadership spanning healthcare delivery, higher education, community services, executive mentoring, and coaching. She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Association of California Nurse Leaders (ACNL) and as a Legal Nurse Consultant and Expert Witness, collaborating with attorneys on medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. Prior to ACNL, Dr. Long held progressive executive leadership roles including Hospital Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President and System Chief Nursing Officer, Vice President for Clinical Services, and Director of Cardiovascular Operations. She holds a Doctor of Health Administration and both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Nursing, and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). She has received numerous honors recognizing her contributions to healthcare leadership and community service.

Florence L. (“Flo”) Di Benedetto is the President and CEO of Di Benedetto Solutions, Inc. (DBS), which offers leadership development training, executive coaching, assessments of team culture and effectiveness, and reputation management, including crisis communications. She also provides advice and counsel to governing boards, interim and fractional executive leadership and general counsel services, and complex litigation strategy and management. She serves as an arbitrator and mediator and has extensive experience as a medical staff hearing officer. Before forming DBS, Ms. Di Benedetto served for over 14 years as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Sutter Health, with accountability spanning legal services, risk services, emergency management/incident command, and privacy and information security, including cybersecurity. She also served as primary counsel to the Sutter Health board and key board committees and supported leadership development programs for senior leaders.

Abraham Cicchetti serves as Chief Operating Officer of Health Career Connection (HCC), a national nonprofit that empowers undergraduate students and recent graduates to pursue health careers that match their talents, passions, and goals. With over 21 years of experience leading operations, business development, and financial strategy, he has helped expand HCC’s reach, impact, and sustainability. He also serves as an Executive Board Member and Treasurer for the California Association for Healthcare Leaders (CAHL/ACHE) and is an advisory board member for various educational networks in the Greater Sacramento area. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration–Accountancy (California State University, Sacramento), an M.S. in Healthcare Administration Interprofessional Leadership (University of California, San Francisco), and a Certified Higher Education Professional (CHEP) credential.

A seasoned business strategist, he is frequently called upon to help organizations conceptualize new business practices and recruit the teams to build and run those entities, including support for acquisition and merger activity. His work spans private sector companies, Fortune 1000 organizations, private equity, government, nonprofits, and family offices. He is also a speaker and media contributor and advocates for continual career planning, professional branding, and reinvestment.
